By Leaps and Bounds was a collection of devised pieces created by a class of year 10 students at the Studio School in central Liverpool. Over a six-week series of facilitated workshops designed and led by me, these students explored themes around consent and boundaries by way of theatrical techniques. Through a engaging forum theatre performance, the students shared what they discovered with an audience of their classmates while continuing to foster an open dialogue around these topics.

These workshops can be booked for a single day or as weekly sessions for schools, community centres and events - contact me for more information!

It’s A Wonderful Bromborough was a short play designed to highlight and discuss the unique issues facing the historical neighbourhood of Bromborough Village.

This production arose as a feature of the LIPA Theatre For Democracy Project 2018, in partnership with the Wirral Council South and the community groups of Bromborough, This included the Bromborough Society, the Friends of Bromborough Library, and the Bromborough Choir.

Beth Pollard, Mark Livingstone, Sara Carvalho and I worked closely with active citizen Phil Spencer in Bromborough for eight weeks to create a performance about the risk to the village if the central car park were to be developed upon, as proposed by the council. After multiple meetings with the council, a well-attended performance and a speech presenting our observations, we are delighted to report that the council has officially voted to remove the car park from their development plans.
